Our Life Care model means no financial surprises—and that means peace of mind for you and your family.

The model is straightforward: you pay a one-time entrance fee and a monthly fee based on the size of your residence that covers virtually all the services you’ll receive.

Life Care simplifies financial planning because the monthly fee for Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing remains the same as the fee you pay for Independent Living. Monthly fees, which are reviewed annually by our Board of Trustees, are typically adjusted on an annual basis.

Ancillary services

There are a few optional services for which an extra fee is charged. Examples include guest meals, guest rooms and underground parking.

Entrance fees
