Our Life Plan model means no financial surprises—and that means peace of mind for you and your family.

The Life Plan model provides residents with sought after services, amenities and residences. Pay a one-time entrance fee and a monthly fee based on your individual needs will cover the services you’ll receive.

Channing House simplifies financial planning and ensures lifetime access to a continuum of care. Monthly fees are typically reviewed and adjusted annually by our Board of Trustees and executive team.

Ancillary services

There are a few optional services for which an extra fee is charged. Examples include guest meals, guest rooms and underground parking.
